The End of Private Property Rights in America

The Supreme Court delt a lethal blow to private property rights in this country today. In a 5 to 4 decision they have come down on the side of local city governments to have the right to kick property owners off of their property in order for private developers to come in and take it. Many have fought imminent domain abuse in this country for years, but this decision delivers the knockout blow to the individual in this fight. No matter where you live in this country now your property is not safe. This is truly a sad day for liberty.
